The Greeks continue to hold Dedeagatch on behalf of Bulgaria. SALONIKA, 31st August. The International Commission set up to enquire regarding the outrages during tho war has been abandoned owing to Greece and Sorvia objecting to M. Milinkoff (Russian) and Mr. Brailsford (British) as delegates, on the ground that they are Bulgarophiles. CONSTANTINOPLE, 31st August. The inhabitants of Kirdjali and Egridere are severely fighting against the Bulgarian occupation. ADRIANOPLE QUESTION. BULGARIA NEGOTIATING WITH TURKEY. REPORT OF BOYCOTT DENIED. SOFIA, 30th August. The Government is negotiating with the Port© on tho Adrianople question. This decision to negotiate is due to Bulgaria's inability to sustain another campaign, also to the impossibility of raising a loan of twenty millions sterling until the present uncertainty has ended. LONDON, 30th August. Reuters correspondent denies tho Vienna statement that the Powers have agreed to boycott Turkey financially. If Bulgaria and Turkey agree respecting Adrianople, the Powers, it is stated, will acquiesce. KING CONSTANTINE. IMPERIAL BYZANTINE CROWN. VIENNA, 30th August. It is understood that King Constantino of Greecei will be crowned in May naxt, with the Imperial Byzantine crown, which has been preserved at Mount Athos. He will also wear tho Byzantine Emperors' ( purple mantle. This is likely to offend the other Balkan States. [The, Byzantine was the Eastern or Greek Empire, also called the Lower Empire. Until 476 it was the eastern division of, the Roman Empire; thereafter the Roman Empire itself, with its capital at Constantinople, and with greatly varying boundaries.]
