(BT TI&EGRAPH— FBESS ASSOCIATION.) DUNEDIN, This Day. The South Island Railway Appeal Board had under consideration this forenoon the appeals of W. J. Neal, exstation master at Clinton, and Robert Widson, formerly porter at Waipiata, both against tKeir dismissal for being under the influence of liquor while on duty. The board took time to consider its finding.
