SITTINGS IN NEW ZEALAND. INVERCARGILL, 24th February. Members of the Dominion* Trade Commission arrived at tho Bluff to;day by the Wivrrimoo, which Was several hours late. Tho visitors were met and welcomed by ' members ot' tho Invercargill | Chamber of Commerce and also by Mr. | Malcolm Ross. They boarded a special train at the Bluff and left direct for | Dunedin. ! DUNEDIN, 24th February. The following members of th^ Empire Trade Conitniesion arrived by special tyjyn fi'ow IliVefcargill at J0.45 p.m. : — Sir E. Vincent, Sir H. Rider Haggard, Sir A, Bateman, Messrs. W. Lorimer, T. Garnett, J. Tatlow (representing the Mother Country), and D. Campbell (Australia. The Hon. Mr. Bowring (Newfoundland) has just arrived in Perth and will probably join the Commissioii in about ten days. The Hon. G. Foster (Canada) is coming direct from Vancou* ver, and will join the Commissipn in the North Island. Sir R. SolomoA (South Africa) will not attend the sitting in New Zealand. Messrs. H. M. Gore and J. B. Gray will act as official reporters in New Zealand. On arrival at the Bluff the commissioner* reeeivisd ti wireless message from the Hon. H. D. 'Bell (Minister for Internal Affairs) and also a telegraphic message from the Prime Minister. IVmorrow morning the Commission will open its sittings at 10.30 o'clock, and will take the evidence of members of the Chamber of Commerce. The commissioners were welcomed here by the Hon. J. R. Sinclair (New Zealand representative on the Commissioii). They expect to conclude the Dunedin sittings on Friday. ,
