An inquest into the death of a Stateinsured labourer at Lambeth disclofeed the fact that the doctor gave the man useless powder, without any examination of , the patient, who $oon died from syncope. ' The doctor, stated that when he was called he had 300 people waiting to get their medical tickets signed.
