WILFUL MURDER OF AN INFANT

(BY MtSGBApa^rRESS ASSOCIATION.) DUNEDIN, This Day. An inquest was held this morning on the infant's remains which were deposited on the reclaimed land ' by the suction dredge on the 2nd itist. According to the medical evidence the child was fully developed, had been born alive, and had met its death by violence. The Coroner (Mr. Graham) returtied a verdict of wilful murder against some person or persons unknown, and instructed the police to make enquiries. It appears the child was born about ten weeks ago.
