KILLED WHILE PIG-SHOOTING
(ST TBIEGBAFH— PBESS ASSOCIATION.} CHRISTCHUKCfi, This Day. Joseph' Pavelka, aged nineteen, was accidentally killed whilst pig-shooting on the White Rock Estate, North Canterbary, yesterday. He" had fifed at a pig, and stood aside to allow a companion (William Fix, aged sixteen), to shoot Fix slipped and the rifle went off, the bullet lodging in Pavelka's hip. Death occurred before medical help was available.
