The tournament will be concluded this evening with, a 200 yd« teams' race, a-nd a SOyde ladies' .race. For some time pact trouble lifts been brewing in local swimming circles, owing to the fact (it is stilted) that a few of those prominent .in the conduct of the sport are antagonistic to - the centre executive. In some cases tho feeling lift* run high, ahd in order that matters may be brought to a head tho secretary of the centre (Mr. H. C. W. Click) has handed in his resignation. He decided on this course in Consequence of a certain communication he received yesterday. The resignation was considered by tho executive last night, and it was decided to call a Special meeting of delegates 'next Wednesday, when tlie full position will be put before tlvem.
