(Received October 15, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, 14th October. Router's agent in Vienna states, that no action by either Montenegro or Servia in Novi Bazar will induce Austria to interfere. The rumours regarding mobilisation of Austrian troops in Bosnia are unfounded. Only after the termination of hostilities will Austria act.
