The agents of the Sh'aw-Sav'iU Line have been advised that the lonic left Plymouth for Wellington, via Tenefiffe, Capetown, and Hobart, last Sunday. She is running one day late, and her 'arrival here is expected about the 2?th November. She will sail on her return journey on the 24th December. v. IN TOUCH BY WIRELESS. This evening the following vessels will probably be in wireless communication with 1 Wellington :—Moeraki (bound from Sydney to Wellihgtbn direct), Talune , (from Papeete and Rarotc-nga to Auckland), Vietotin (from Wellington to Sydney, via northern ports), Ulimardfc (from Wellington to Melbourne, via southern ports and Hobart), Wimmera (from Sydney to Wellington, via northern ports), and Rimutaka (from London to Wellington,' via Capetown and Hobart). , -The New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Remuera arrived from Auckland yesterday morning, and immediately proceeded to load in preparation for the Homeward journey. She is to sail for 1 London at noon on Thursday, i The Komatft, is to leave Westport at midnight to-night for Wellington. The Koonya will sail from Greymouth to-morrow night for Wellington. Having left Westport at midnight yesterday for Wellington, the Kowhai should be here with coal early to-morrow morning. The Gertie came off the Patent Slip to-day. She Is to load case oil before resuming her running to Foxton. The coastal trader Arapawa was to leave Puponga to-day for Wanganuf with c6al. From the latter port she will go to Lyttelton ,be fore coming back to Wellington. The Hauroto is to load at Westport for Lyttelton. Tho Karamu, at present discharging Newcastle coal at Wanganui, is the first Union steamer to visit that port for a considerable period. She is sailing to-morrow, but hef destination is not yet known.
