POLITICAL INTERFERENCE IN MOROCCO. By Telegraph. —l'rese Association,-- Copyright. PARIS, 21st September. The Prime Minister (M. Pomcare) announces that the Spanish Government has instructed its Consuls to abstain from political interference in the French zone of influence in Morocco. The Consuls at Mogador and Mazagan, where some disturbances occurred recently, have been recalled.
