[BY TELEGRAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] FIELDING, This Day. For the annual meeting of the Hereford Breeders' Association, the president (Mr. Ernest Sho,rt) has given notice to move that, after 31st March, 1913, steps be taken to have the registered herds of all members examined by a qualified Government veterinarian, to enable the issue of a certificate" that the herds are free from hereditary unsoundnefia.
