The Trade and Commerce Department is opening negotiations with the Imperial Government with the object of securing the co-operation of the Brit' ish Consular Service in an effort to expand Canada's trade. Mr, Foster (Canadian Minister for Trade and Commerce) will, during his English visit, take up the question.
