CRITICISM BT TOD SLOAN. "DISGRACE TO ANY COUNTRY." By Telegraph.— Prew Association.— Copyright (Received June 7, 10 a.m.) LONDON, 6th June. Tod Sloan, the American jockey, who some years ago rode with such succeed in England, commenting on the American jockey Rein's Derby victory, said English jockeyship" was a disgrace to any country. Eight out of tho twenty jockeys engaged in the Derby were either American, French, or colonial. The riding of English boys displayed neither skill nor nerve.
