In reference to the telegram from Pal iceraton North respecting St. Patrick's College, Dean Regnault to-day informed • Post reporter that it is n<Tt the intention of the authorities to dispose of the valuable site and buildings near the Basin Reserve in Wellington when the institution at Palmerston < North is opened. The existing institution will be used as a collegiate High School for day pupils, and also as a hostelry for any pupils coming from the country who •wish to attend the university lectures at Victoria College.
