(Received April 29, 9 a.m.) CAPETOWN, 28th April. • General Hertzog, Union Minister foi Justice, has withdrawn his imputations, and agreed to pay costs in settlement cf Dr. vVard's action for libel, the grounds for action being reflections by General Hertzog oh the Orange Free State Medical Council.
