The annual primaries of New York favour Piesident Taft's nomination for the Presidency. Mr. Roosevelt hae characterised the methode used to secure hjs (Mr. Roosevelt's) defeat as infamous. Tho primaries of Sew York, he alleges, were arranged by means of trickery and fraud.
