ATTITUDE OF ROYAL COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. (Received February 1, 10 a.m.) LONDON, 31st January. The Royal College of Physicians has declined to attend a conference with the Insurance Commissioners to discuss the working of the National Insurance Act, though it is prepared to assist in amending the scheme in the direction of safe, guarding the medical profession.
