CHARGE AGAINST EMIGRATION AGENT. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. ' (Received February 1, 8.40 a.m.) LONDON, 31st January. The caso against G. H. Brown, an emigration agent, who is charged with obtaining money by fake pretences in connection with forged testimonials to a farm labourer emigraing to Western Australia, has been resumed at Nekon, in Lancashire. In his evidence the prisoner said he wan aware that Beharrejl, an intending emigrant, was a weaver. He iold- the wife that her husband must describe himself as a farm labourer.
