The Kaiser celebrated his birthday yes* terday at Potsdam in traditional fashion. The Kings of Saxony and Wurtemburg were present. Dense crowds gave an ovation to the Kaieer when he was going to a gala performance at the Opera House. The Kaiser will to-day entertain 7000 parsons who were recently decorated.
