ENDOWMENTS TO BE TAKEN AWAY. SUFFRAGETTES DISTURB MEETING. By Twecraptj.— Presi Aieoolatlon.— Copyright (Received January 27, 8 a.m.) LONDON, 26th January. The Hon. Reginald M'Kenna (Home Secretary), who has inaugurated a Welsh disestablishment campaign in the Queen's Hall, announced that, subject to the existing life interests, the Government proposed to take away endowments to the extent of £181,000 per annum and devote the money to national purposes. Suffragettes frequently interrupted him, and were expelled.
