f OPENS ON THURSDA The first sitting of the Supreme Court for 1912 opens on Thursday. The present list of cases is not lengthy, but several are of -a serious nature. The list v as follows: — George Alfred Tracey, theft (six charges) ; Edward Sinclair, theft, Martinborougn; Lewis Witten, indecency ; Frederick William Green, theft; Lewis Witten, indecent assault; Granville Hunt, forgery and uttering (two charges) ; William Frederick Jones, •forgery and uttering; Albert Henry Hughes, carnal knowledge.
