SUDDEN DEATH IN THE STREET.
AUCKLAND, 12th September. An elderly man named Joseph Ta\lor, ft resident of Swaneon, who wafi apparently waiting for a tfaon car, suddenly collapsed in Symonda-street today. Medical aid was promptly procured, but the doctors could only pronounco life extinct. The deceased only arrived in town this morning on a visit to his niece.
