The case m which John Oliver Sims, a. clerk, aged 22, was charged with having assaulted Michael Lenihan, causing him actual bodily harm, by using a pocket knife in the course of a tussle, ptovoked by complainant in, Williamsonavenue on the night of 22nd July, wae concluded at the Auckland Supreme Court yesterday afternoon. After a ehort retirement the jury returned a verdict of not guilty, and accused was discharged. '
