A friendly^match between teams representing Porirua Mental Hospital and the Toa (Porirua Maori) Clubs was played at Porirua, and wae won by the former by 6 goals to 1, , Swifts Club is in receipt of a letter from the Ponsonby Club, winners of the i league championship in Auckland, which combination is desirous of visiting Wellington on 16th September.
