The last ladies' practice game of tho A and B representatives before the coming big championship tournament was played on No. 3 ground, Day's Bay, Both teams have been training arduously during the last two or three weeks for the toi.rney, when they will meet 13 or 14 other teams from all parts of New Zealand. The A team won by 7 goals to 1. The difference was not so markod as the score indicate*.
