COURSING.
The Wellington Metropolitan Coursing Club has gone to considerable trouble and expense to train its hares to the escapee, and it is expected that its meeting at Wallaoeville next Tuesday and Wednesday will prove thoroughly successful. Mr. J. J. ODonoghup, tho eecretary, has already received & number of nominations, including several from tho Manawatu. The judging is to be entrusted to Mr. Charles Gough, of Petone. Mr. P. H. Donoghue will act as slipper of the dogSi and the hares will be slipped by Messrs. Alf Hutchings | and W. E. Ltttz. i •*rmmx—m*mmmmmmmmmm
