FAIR, BUT FICKLE.
"Fair, but fickle," is the way the Government Meteorologist classes th© weather Conditions co fat* as Wellington is concerned. There is a possibility of a change after oiout 36 hdnrs, and such change will most likely be due to a disturbance developing on the S.E. coast of Australia. The barometer has an uncertain up and down movement, but tho conditions point to fait Weather generally in the immediate future.
Four foreigners, comprising three Chinese and a Dane, arrived from Sydney this morning by the Moeraki.
