Labour member for Attercllffei writihg to a Lftbtrtir newspaper, accused the Speaker of the House of Conifiloiis (the Right Hon. J, W. Lowther) of miserable, pitiable, failure in dealing with tile shouting dow^i of Mr. Asquilh in the House on Monday, the 24th. Colonel Lock wood, Conservative member for Eppihg. drew attention to the matter in the Commons. Mr. Pointer apologised and withdraw the accusation. v
