The Mejliss has offered a. reward of £20,000 for the capture, dead of alive, of the ex-Shah, Mohamed All, now in Northern Persia-. Smaller cum& ah placed on the head of the ex-Sha-h's brothers, Salat-ed-Dowleh. and Shua-86-Sult*neh. The appointment of Mftjor C. R. Stokes, of the Indian Army, and military attache at the British Legation, td reorganise the troops, has occasioned surprise. The RusDian, Minister has made urgent representations against the appointment, and declares that if it is per* slated in Russia will take other measure*.
