PROFESSOR MILLS ON TRADES UNIONISM.

Professor T. Mills spoke to a large audience at the Opera House on Sunday evening on "All the Unions Mu3t Unite Altogether in the Interests of All." The speaker stressed tho importance of propaganda work among trades unions. The first essential in trades unionism was. that if they were going to effectively negotiate with anybody they must have effective representation of thoce they were speaking for. A great drawback to the workers was lack of' information. Thero were some 60,000 members of unions in the country, and they should combine in one great organisation.
