IMPREST SUPPLY BILL.
When the Legislative Council met today it passed the Imprest Supply Bill through all it* etages without discussion. Tho only other bturniees transacted by the Council was th© pacing of a motion of condolence with trie relatives of tho late Sir. T. E. Taylor.
