"SEE-SAW" WEATHER.
New Zealand's weather is more or less indescribable to-day. The- barometer is restless, and the wind i<3 boxing the compass in the tavo islands. Far out on the high seas, north-west of Auckland there is a low-pressure movement, which recently afflicted the coast of New South Wales, and it wears -a "could an I would aspect," but there are other factors which make the issue doubtful. "Changeable" is the only safe line to-day.
