A fire is raging in some of the workshops at the naval shipbuilding yards at Nikolaiev, the great shipbuilding centre on the Black Sea. [Nikolaiev, the chief naval station on the Black Sea, 41 miles north-west of Kherson, stands 42 miles from the 6ea at the head of a, 23-mile long estuarymade by the junction of tho liigul with the Bug.
