After being deluged with complaints from telephone subscribers, the Federal Postmaster-General (Mr. Josiah Thomas) has decided to adopt a novel method of hearing details of the grievances. He is hiring th& Town Hall, and inviting all subscribers to attend, when, he and the engineer of the department will listen to th© grievances.
