The trial of the four persons accused of being concerned in the burglary of a jeweller's shop at Houndsditch in De» cember last, the sequel to which was the killing of three police and tha wounding of twr others, was concluded at the Old Ba&jy, before Mr. Justice Grantham and a jury. Jack Peters (aged 24), John Rosen (26), and Zurka Dttbof (24) were ac quitted. The girl, Nina Vassileva (aged 23), was found guilty, and sentenced to two years' imprisonment. The jury recommended that she should not be transported after her release.
