FLEECE PRICES. "By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. (Received May 13, 9 a.m.) LONDON, 12th May. At the wool sales, the following prices were realised for the fleece portion of the clips namedf: "Totara," top price lOd, average 9|d; "Armedale" top price ll^d, average lO^d; "W.D.," top price ll^d, average' ll^d. , • SPIRITED BIDDING. (Received May 13, 10.30 a.m.) LONDpN/12th May. There was spirited bidding for all sections, and prices were fully maintained. Messrs. Murray, Roberts and Co., Ltd., have received the following cablegram, dated the 12th instant, from their London friends, Messrs. Sanderson, Murray -md Co. :— "Compared with the closing rates of the last London sales, scoured faulty and inferior merino prices are barely maintained. Coarse crossbred shows an advance of 5 per cent. The market shows no material change for other descriptions."
