SUPPORT. STATEMENTS BY SPANISH MINISTERS. (Received April 10, 9.10 a.m ) MADRID, 9tfr April. Senor Garcia Prieto, Spanish Minister for Foreign Affairs, stated in the Senate that Spain and France had offered each other mutual and 'efficient support in Morocco. Senor Canalejas, the Premier, in the Chamber of Deputies, said that France had intimated that tbe time had i-ome to make preparations in anticipation of events in Morocco. The Spanish Government would take all requisite measures with regard to Spanish possessions and wherever Spanish instructors were I stationed.
