The Democrats are preparing for a probable struggle in the Senate over the Reciprocity Bill, which will be submitted unchanged. The Democrats declare thai, if tha Senate parses the Reciprocity Bill and then decides to adjourn, tho House of Representatives will not adjourn. Mr. Taft, if a-ppealed to to settle the dispute, is sure to decide in the Democrats' favour — so the party leaders assert.
