BACH'S "PASSION."
To-morrow_ night, at 8 o'clock, tho Wel- :- lington Musical Union will give a' performance of Bach's "Passion" at the Town Hall. Mr. A. W. Vine, F.R.C.0., late of Tewkesbury Abbey, England, has been engaged to preside at the orgajii, and previous to the 'performance of the "Passion" he will play Bach's Prelude and Fugue in A minor. Miss Gladja Watkins, Miss May Driscoll, Dr. Fyft'e, and Mr. C. Ciarkson are , the soloists. Mrs. E. D. Cachemaille will accompany, and Mr. Herbert Bloy will lead the orchestra. The whole will be under tho baton of Mr. Robert Parket,
