The enquiry into the murder of the French Jew Beron, whose body was found at Clapham Common at the beginning of the month, was continued today. Eva Fitterman, tho prisoner Morrison's lover, gave evidence that she caw Morrison wearing a five-pound piece as a pendant attached to his watchchain. The prisoner m court venemently denied the evidence, which he declared to be lies and the result of jealousy. He cried : "Do you know you are taking my life?" b Other ovidence showed that the murdered man Boron had worn a five-pound piece.
