Frederick Sheppard Grimwade, of Melbourne, has been sworn at £269.495. Deceased bequeathed to ihe Melbourne public library Tebbits's picture "Ancient Giants of -the MacLeay "River.'! The sum of £3000 has been left for distribution among the employees of Felton, Grimwade, and Co., of Melbourne, wholesale druggists and manufacturers, who have been in the firm's employ for a period of five years. [Mr. Grimwade was senior partner of Felton, Grimwade, and Co. H& was a member of the Legislative Council of Victoria from 1891 to 1904.]" The estate ot the Hon. Richard Oliver, formerly' Postmaster-General of New Zealand, has been proved at £78,975.
