A DIVORCE CASE. A motion for leave to dispense with the names of co-respondents in the divorce case H. M. Rosenberg v. Ada Rosenberg came before his Honour Mr. Tustice Chapman at a sitting in Chambers. Mr. W. Perry, who made the application on plaintiff's behalf, stated that the petition had been filed without the names of co-respondents. His Honour asked if that was hot a ! charge of prostitution. Mr. Perr> agreed that that was what it amounted to. From what he understood from his client, ho doubted I whether adultery could be proved against any 'particular person, but there was evidence, that the house, was being improperly conducted. His Honour said it would be better if that were stated in an affidavit, and the petition was amended by makingit a charge.; The reference in the petition to respondent leading an immoral life must be with a particular individual. The petition must be amended by speaking of the charge as an immoral life as & prostitute. ] The application was granted.
