George Smart,«hairdrefcser and tobacco, nist, was found dead in a chair in his saloorv His premises had been closed up for two days, when the police forced an entrance last night. Deceased leaves a widow and young family. CHRISTCHURCH, 2nd December. At the inquest on Thomas Mitchell, who died suddenly on the Opawa tram I last night, the police report stated that deceased was believed to be a broker, of Elliott-street, Auckland. The "corfiherl returned a verdict of death from heart \ disease.
