An international balloon, race has started at the St. Louis aviation meeting, i Germay, Switzerland, America, and France axe represented. The Gordon Bennett Cup and £400 go to the winner. RECORDS BEATEN. NEW YORK, 18th October. The balloon race from St. Louis witt^ break all records. Ten balloons started, and all wereafloat at noon to-day.
