FBIENDLY RELATIONS. AGREEMENT ON NEAR EAST QUESTIONS. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. LONDOX. 17th October. Baron Aehrenthal, Minister for Foreign Affairs, addressing the Austrian Delegation, expressed the hope that the feeling of annoyance with Russia (owing to the recent developments arising out of the Austrian annexation of Bosnia and Herzegovina) was a thing of the past. There were now, the Minister declared, no fundamental differences between Austria and Russia regarding tho Nearer East.
