Tli9 Union Prime Minister, General Louis Botha, has decided to reside at Groolte Schuur. The Union Government will devote half a million pounds to the establishing of a. teaching university at Groote Schuur. -fThe late Mr. Rhodes (who died in. 1902) left Groote Schuur, near Capetown, and his property "Mosterts" as a residence for the Prime Minister of the Federal Government of South Africa, and until such a Minister was appointed, the will set out, the property was to be used as a park for the people. Mr. Rhodes, provided an hicome of 1 501000 a year for maintenance.]
