PARIS, 17th July. The French authorities recently offered a reward for the capture of Labane, chief of a band of brigands which has for some time been terrorising the Oran district, Algeria. Chibani, a member of the band, decided to earn the reward, and while Labane was asleep bound him and delivered him to the French authorities. Chibani has been detained as a participator in all Labane's crimes.
