Agnes Jane Bowles and Daniel Stewart, co-re?Dondent, iv which the jury found that lnisionduct had taken place, and that the petitioner had not been guilty of cruelty to tha respondent. CHRISTCHURCH, Tim Day. A decree nisi was granted in the ca?« Randall Crowley v. Sarah Crow Joy petition for divorce on the ground of misconduct. The case Halligaii v. Halligan was postponed to permit the parties to consider the question of agreeing to a se. paration order.
