FOUR PER CENT. * By Telegraph.— Press Association.— CopyriirhU LONDON, 21st May. A Japanese conversion loan of 3D11,000,000, bearing interest at the rate of 4 per cent, is being issued in London at a minimum price of £95. The underwriters receive 23 per cent, of the issue.
