At Eastbourne to-morrow afternoon the new Church of England building ia to be opened at half-past t'jjree. Much interest is being taken 111 the event by others than thc« local residents, and arrangements have been made with the Ferry Company to run the boats to suit the occasion. The 2.30 p.m. boat from town will call at liona Bay on the way to Day's Bay, and on the return trip the time of departure fiom Rona Bay has been put back to 5.30 p.m., po as to enable visitors to return to town after the function. A number of the city and suburban cleigy will be present, and members of the city choirs are co-operat-ing to a^-ist at the cvemony.
